Longxing SU

Dr. Longxing Su joined the Southern University of Science and Technology (SUSTech) as a reseach associate professor in Feb. 2022. Dr. Su’s research group is investigating various aspects of semiconductor based optoelectronic devices, FeRAM, and device physics. To date, Dr. Su has published over 60 papers with total citations 2300 and obtained a H factor of 21.
