郭智勇博士，南方科技大学生物医学工程系研究副教授，主要从事时间分辨和超分辨荧光成像系统仪器开发产业化研究。2015年博士毕业于中国石油大学（北京）控制理论与控制工程专业（复杂系统检测、控制与优化方向），2016年在悉尼科技大学从事访问学者研究。主持省级面上基金项目1项，参与国家自然科学基金、澳大利亚IDEAL Hub基金等项目多项。作为第一作者或通信作者发表论文多篇，作为第一发明人授权发明专利3项。
