马大为,讲席教授,中国科学院院士。

1984年毕业于山东大学化学系,1989年于中国科学院上海有机化学研究所获博士学位。1990-1994年在美国匹兹堡大学化学系和Mayo Clinic神经化学和神经生物学研究部进行博士后研究。1994年回到中国科学院上海有机化学研究所工作,2019年当选中国科学院院士。现任美国化学会Journal of Organic Chemistry 副主编,Acc. Chem. Res., Nat. Prod. Rep., Adv. Syn. Catal.,Chem. Asia J., Tetrahedron/Tetrahedron Letters 等国际杂志的顾问编委等职务。

研究方向为化学生物学导向的有机合成,药物化学。已发表论文300余篇。他发展的偶联反应曾被上千次用于生物活性小分子的创制以及3个药物的工业化生产,发展的抗肿瘤药物曲贝替定的高效合成路线也已进入工业化生产,最近发现的两个激酶抑制剂分别作为治疗神经退行性疾病和肺癌的药物,在欧洲和中国进入了一期临床实验研究。


最近获得的奖励包括ACS Cope scholar award (2018) , 未来科学大奖之“物质科学奖”(2018) ,中国科学院杰出科技成就奖(2019)等。
