个人简介
林君浩, 1986年生,美国田纳西州Vanderbilt大学物理学博士。博士论文研究在美国橡树岭国家实验室完成,导师为周武博士(实验方向)和Sokrates Pantelides教授(理论方向),采用实验与理论相结合的手段研究二维材料原子结构与性能之间的关联,主要结合高分辨扫描透射电镜和第一性泛函原理计算作为研究工具。博士毕业后获日本振兴学会(JSPS)特聘研究员资格,赴日本国立产业综合研究所电子显微镜研究组进行博士后研究,合作导师Kazu Suenaga博士。主要研究方向为包括高低温下原子尺度二维材料物相变化的电镜原位表征,并通过高能量分辨电子损失能谱探索单原子尺度下物质的光学特性。林君浩博士具有实验和理论双重背景,对实验设计和理论计算融会贯通,以此研究了大量新兴二维材料里复杂缺陷的原子结构。通过结合实验原子图像和理论模拟,阐述了二维材料里各种缺陷的形成机理,并提出了部分缺陷结构能显著改善或增强材料的性能。这些工作在二维材料的电子与光学器件应用等方面有极其重要的意义。截至目前为止,林君浩博士已经以第一作者(含共同一作)或通讯作者在Nature, Nature Nanotechnology,Nature Materials,Nano Letters,PRL,Advanced Materials, ACS Nano等高影响期刊发表80余篇,总引用次数超过8600多次,H因子38。2018年全职加盟南方科技大学物理系。
