Research Areas

My research interests focus on Mass spectrometry, High-throughput technology in clinical metabolomics and proteomics. We developed several analytical techniques for metabolomics and “statTarget”software for data quality controls. For the first time, our research described the trajectories of the metabolite profiles during time course of human pregnancy, and established a metabolite panel for Parkinson disease diagnosis, and found biopyrrin as a sensitive marker for oxidative stress indicator of early stage Parkinson disease.
