Brief Introduction
Dr. Mao Ye received his Ph.D. degree from Harbin Institute of Technology in 2013. After that, he worked as a postdoctoral fellow in Shenzhen University,and a research associate in the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Currently, he joined Department of Physics of Southern University of Science and Technology as a research assistant professor. His research interests include ferroelectric materials, functional oxide thin films and flexible oxide electronics.
