丘立

丘立,南方科技大学系统设计与智能制造学院讲席教授,IEEE Fellow, IFAC Fellow.

1981年在湖南大学电气工程获学士学位, 1987年和1990年在多伦多大学电气工程系获得硕士学位和博士学位,其后短期工作于加拿大太空署,滑铁卢大学,菲尔兹数学科学研究所,明尼苏达大学数学及其应用研究所。1993年开始在香港科技大学工作,现为电子及计算机工程系教授;2015年入驻香港科技大学深圳研究院成立深圳网络物理系统实验室。

 

丘立教授曾先后担任国际著名期刊IEEE transactions on Automatic Control以及Automatica的编委,第七届亚洲控制会议大会主席, IEEE控制系统协会杰出讲座团成员, IEEE控制系统协会理事会成员,香港自动控制学会首任主席。丘立教授因为对周期多采样率系统的最优及鲁棒控制所作出的贡献,于2006年当选为国际电气与电子工程师学会院士(IEEE Fellow),并因对鲁棒控制及反馈系统性能极限问题所作出的杰出开创性贡献,于2010年当选国际自动控制联盟院士(IFAC Fellow)。

 

丘立教授多年关注控制原理的教学,与周克敏教授合著了本科生教科书《Introduction to Feedback Control》于2009年出版,此书现已发行北美版,国际版,印度版。中国大陆版即将发行。
