2005年在北京大学获得空间物理学士学位;2009年获美国莱斯大学(Rice University)博士学位。之后继续留在莱斯大学物理与天文系从事博士后研究,自2011年起担任研究科学家。2018年7月任南方科技大学副教授。在GRL和JGR等上共发表论文43篇,其中包括第一作者文章15篇;学术著作章节1章;另外在各类学术会议和多个学术机构报告60多次。2013年获得JGR-Space Physics的优秀审稿人奖。
