个人简介

傅暘,南方科技大学医学院博士生导师、副教授、正高级研究员。课题组综合利用细菌遗传学、细菌生理生化、免疫学、原位及单颗粒冷冻电镜等技术,从事病原-宿主-共生菌多元互作、抗感染技术和微生物干预疗法研究。于2013年获南开大学生物化学与分子生物学博士学位。自2009年在享誉世界的哈佛大学医学院微生物与免疫生物学系,师从世界著名微生物学家、美国科学院院士John Mekalanos教授进行博士学习并继而从事博士后研究,系统连贯地工作近十年。主要从事病原生物学、肠道病原-宿主-共生微生物组多元互作、抗感染治疗和新型疫苗研究。多年来通过扎实的工作积累了丰富经验,取得了丰硕成果。近年来在Cell Host & Microbe、Science Translational Medicine、P. Natl. Acad. Sci. USA、Clinical Infectious Diseases、Allergy、Journal of Immunology、SCIENCE Bulletin、SCIENCE CHINA Life Sciences和Vaccine等国际权威学术期刊共发表论文16篇,第一作者及通讯作者7篇,均为顶级或1区期刊,高被引文章4篇。累计他引大于2000次,H-index 9。科研成果被国内外多个媒体报道,受邀发表多次重要学术会议报告,获Fogarty Global Health Fellowship奖,担任Bio-Protocol杂志编委,mBio等多家知名科学期刊审稿人。
