Born in 1993 in Dali, Yunnan, I hold a Ph.D. in Management from Huazhong University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics. My primary research interests include student development, the impact of higher education institutions, and faculty development. I have published several papers in SSCI and CSSCI journals such as International Journal of Educational Development, Education and Economy, Fudan Education Forum, and Early Childhood Education Studies.

Currently, I am the principal investigator of one National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) project, one provincial-level project, and one Shenzhen municipal project. In addition, I have participated as a core member in multiple projects funded by the NSFC, the Ford Foundation (USA), the Ministry of Education of China’s Humanities and Social Sciences program, and various provincial-level research grants. Besides, I was awarded the “Outstanding Young Scholar Paper Award” at both the 3rd and 4th Annual Conferences on Education Finance in China.
