陈鹏,南方科技大学深港微电子学院副教授。课题组主要从事后摩尔时代高性能二维半导体信息器件与集成的关键技术开发。至今已在相关领域取得多项突破性进展,在国际顶级期刊上发表论文四十余篇,包括2篇Nature和1篇Science,授权发明专利一项,参与编写书籍一本。论文共被引用3000余次,H因子29。主持国家自然科学基金高层次青年人才项目、面上项目和深圳市科创委项目。此外还受邀担任多个杂志审稿人以及基金评审专家。更多详情见个人主页https://faculty.sustech.edu.cn/chenp6/。

后摩尔时代的微纳电子器件与电路即将达到其性能极限。本课题组通过开发新材料和新原理器件等基础层面的创新研究,推动现有微纳电子器件与电路突破其性能极限,持续推动后摩尔时代微电子技术的前沿发展。
