个人简介

王鹏,南方科技大学医学院讲席教授,博士生导师。中国生物物理学会糖生物学分会会长。1984年获南开大学化学理学学士学位,1990年获美国加州大学伯克利分校化学博士学位。获美国科学促进会(AAAS)会士,俄亥俄州杰出学者,佐治亚州研究联盟杰出学者荣誉称号。2022年天津市技术发明奖一等奖获得者;2021年美国糖化学界最高奖Claude S. Hudson奖获得者,是首位获此奖的中国大陆出生学者;2021年中国生物工程学会第四届张树政糖科学奖杰出成就奖获得者;2002年美国化学会糖化学部Horace S. Isbell奖获得者;2000年与C.-H. Wong 教授共同获得美国总统绿色化学奖。历任美国迈阿密大学化学系助理教授,美国韦恩州立大学化学系正教授、终生教授,美国俄亥俄州立大学生物化学与化学系讲席教授,美国佐治亚州立大学化学系讲席教授、系主任。曾兼任南开大学药学院院长(半职),建立山东大学国家糖工程技术研究中心并担任中心主任。王鹏教授的研究领域涉及核酸科学,糖科学,药物化学,药物递送材料。他在各种国际学术刊物上发表学术论著467篇(H-index 57 (Google Scholar) and 47 (Web of Science),参与7部学术专著的编写,拥有美国和中国专利19个。
