Research Interests:
The main research topics include smart materials, energy materials, two-dimensional inorganic flexible electronic materials and devices, etc. (1) Smart materials and structures based on the phase transition of VO2 micro/nano materials: preparation of smart materials, adjusting and application of its response characteristics, such as near field power meter, micro actuator, infrared detector, smart glass, etc. (2) Energy materials: the application of advanced micro/nano functional materials in the hydrogen production by sunlight driven water splitting, energy storage materials(lithium ion batteries and super capacitors) and energy saving materials of smart windows, etc.; Research and industrialization of new perovskite solar cell; (3) two-dimensional materials: preparation of inorganic two-dimensional materials (single crystal with large area, layer control, heterogeneous structure, direct growth of flexible substrate at low temperature, etc.), technology of continuous green transfer and device application. He published more than 30 articles of SCI in the past 5 years. Series of his work were highly praised by the LBNL NEWs Center of the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory and widely reported in many famous network media, such as Science Daily, PHYS.ORG, Materials Views, Materials360online etc. He has shown excellent research ability and potentiality as a young scientist.
