Martina (CELTA, CertEd, DELTA, MA and MSc) has been in the English language teaching field for over 19 years. She has had a number of different teaching, managerial, leadership and training roles in the United Kingdom and United Arab Emirates. Martina is currently employed as an English Instructor at Southern University of Science and Technology (SUSTech) in Shenzhen, China. She is passionate about teaching, student engagement, educational technology and using assessment as pedagogy. Martina is self-motivated and committed to improving her teaching instruction.
