Liyi Gu is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Information System and management engineering (ISME) at the School of Business. He received his M.Phil. in Computer Science and Engineering from HKUST in 2014, and his Ph.D. in Operations Management and Management Science from the University of Maryland in 2019 before joining SUSTech. His research interest includes operations management, empirical analysis, simulation, stochastic optimization, and socially responsible OM.
