YAO Wensheng, Vice Chairperson of the University Council, Secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection, Director of the Institute for Integrity and Professor at the Southern University of Science and Technology. He has been engaged in the practice of public management with major research interests in clean governance and anti-corruption over the past three decades. He has published over 100 papers and articles in journals and other media such as China Legal Science, and authored/co-authored 6 books including On the Interest-balanced Legal Regulation, Supervision Law, Research on the Legal System of Government Procurement, The Mechanism of Consultation between Employer and Employee.

Dr. Yao currently also serves as the adjunct professor and Ph.D. supervisor at the Southwest University of Political Science and Law.
