个人简介:秦超博士,南方科技大学医学院生物化学系助理教授、独立PI、博士生导师。2019年博士毕业于中国农业大学,同年赴美国南加州大学从事博士后研究,并于2024年晋升为Research Assistant Professor。2026年5月加入南方科技大学医学院。长期致力于细胞代谢、病毒感染和肿瘤发生发展的交叉研究,相关研究成果以第一作者身份(含共一)发表于Immunity、Molecular Cell、PNAS、PLOS Pathogens和mBio等国际权威期刊。

研究领域:
依托LC-MS技术开展代谢组学和蛋白质组学分析,并结合分子病毒学、细胞生物学和免疫学等研究手段,开展前沿交叉研究。主要研究方向包括:(1)细胞代谢与病毒感染及抗病毒免疫的交叉作用,重点关注代谢酶和代谢物在病毒复制与天然免疫调控中的非经典功能;(2)细胞代谢酶活性的调控机制及其在病毒感染和肿瘤发生发展中的作用。
