陈可欣，南方科技大学公共卫生及应急管理学院教授，博士生导师。国家教育部人群重大疾病防控重点实验室主任、天津市肿瘤分子流行病重点实验室主任，国家卫健委突出贡献中青年专家、天津市特聘教授、天津市杰出津门学者、天津市科技创新领军人才。曾任天津医科大学肿瘤医院副院长、天津医科大学科技处处长，现任中华预防医学会常务理事、中国抗癌协会肿瘤样本整合分会主任委员、中国抗癌协会癌症筛查与早诊早治专委会副主任委员、中国抗癌协会产学研转化专业委员会副主任委员、中国医药生物技术协会组织生物样本库分会副主任委员、天津市预防医学会流行病学分会主任委员，并任国家教育部“创新团队发展计划”带头人、国家科技部重点研发专项项目首席科学家。从事肿瘤流行病学研究30余年，率先明确多个癌症风险易感基因及分子标志物，系统开发基于多元化临床大数据库的“AI+大数据”医学辅助诊断和临床决策系统，助力我国癌症精准防控。率先开展我国常见恶性肿瘤联合筛查实践，并牵头组织制定《中国女性乳腺癌筛查指南》与《常见恶性肿瘤联合筛查专家共识》。主持国家自然科学基金委重点项目及国合项目、科技部国家重点研发计划、教育部创新团队发展计划及滚动支持项目、863专项、科技部新药创制平台项目、国家自然科学基金等国家重大科研项目10余项，获授权专利2项。研究成果以通讯/第一作者发表于Lancet Oncol、JAMA Oncol、Nature Med、Nature Commun、Ann Oncol、Hepatology、Cell Discov、Cancer Res、J Thorac Oncol、Nucleic Acids Res、Adv Sci (Weinh)、Cell Rep Med、PNAS等国际著名刊物，发表SCI论文100余篇，连续六年（2020—2025）入选Elsevier“医学”高被引中国学者。以第一完成人获天津市科技进步一等奖、中国抗癌协会一等奖和教育部自然科学二等奖各1项。

研究方向

1. 慢性病预防：依托覆盖天津城乡的常见恶性肿瘤防治示范区网络，率先提出并开展“1+N”的肿瘤防治示范区共联体模式，多病因联合的常见恶性肿瘤高危人群识别模式和“基层初筛，三级复查”的常见恶性肿瘤联合筛查模式。

2. 肿瘤分子流行病：依托教育部创新团队和天津市肿瘤分子流行病重点实验室的资源优势开展常见恶性肿瘤病因研究，从遗传和环境两个方面阐明恶性肿瘤发病相关因素，率先明确多个与我国常见恶性肿瘤发病风险相关的易感基因及早期诊断分子标志物，构建恶性肿瘤风险预测模型，为肿瘤病因预防提供科学依据。

3. AI+大数据与肿瘤精准诊疗：基于肿瘤精准医学大数据和人工智能（AI）算法获得常见恶性肿瘤的“多组学”特征，筛选常见恶性肿瘤疾病进展和预后预测的影像和分子标志物，建立肿瘤患者预后精准风险评估体系，助力精准医疗临床诊治决策。
