师资
董哲,南方科技大学化学系副教授(研究员),博士生导师。2012年本科毕业北京大学, 师从余志祥教授。2012年至2016年,在德州大学奥斯汀分校董广彬教授课题组攻读博士学位。2016年随着课题组一起转入芝加哥大学,并于2018年获得美国芝加哥大学博士学位。同年加入普林斯顿大学2021年化学诺贝尔奖得主有机化学家David Macmillan教授课题组从事博士后工作研究。2020年入选海外高层次人才计划青年项目,2021年加入南方科技大学化学系。2022年获批科技部重点研发专项课题负责人;参与孔雀团队和广创团队。
主要研究方向为:
1.立体专一型的偶联反应:纯烷基手性季碳是有机合成中难点,我们开发了一系列以手性环氧和手性醇为原料的手性季碳构筑方法,高效高选择性地将手性碳氧键转化为了手性碳碳键。首次发展了立体专一型的同面取代反应,丰富了取代反应的类型。
2. 碳正离子与碳负离子的直接取代反应:发展了一系列调控碳正离子活性的新方法来高效构筑季碳
3. 新型生物标记探针的设计合成:开发适用于生物体系近程标记反应的新型多功能探针
