个人简介：

鲁昊骋，南方科技大学医学院助理教授， 博士生导师。2014年本科毕业于北京大学医学部临床医学专业，2019年于美国密西根大学获得生理学博士学位。2019年5月至2022年4年于美国密西根大学医学院从事博士后科研工作，2022年6月加入南方科技大学医学院。

本课题组综合运用人群遗传数据，高通量测序，CRISPR筛选等方法，结合体外实验和动物模型，研究心血管疾病的发病机制，开发新的治疗靶点。

研究领域：

1.     基于GWAS和多组学数据发现心血管疾病的致病基因，结合体外实验及动物模型研究其作用机理。

2.     利用体内RISPR筛选，挖掘巨噬细胞参与疾病发生的重要调节基因。

3.     探索新发现致病基因的转化医学价值，开发新的治疗靶点。
