个人简介:

夏思源,2014年毕业于南开大学,获得生物化学与分子生物学博士学位。毕业后赴美国Emory大学医学院血液与医学肿瘤学系进行博士后工作,后晋升为Associate Research Scientist。2021年8月全职回国,加入南方科技大学医学院,任助理教授,博士生导师。研究方向主要集中于肿瘤代谢与肿瘤免疫领域,研究内容主要包括代谢物在肿瘤微环境中的作用,肿瘤代谢通路的调节与靶向。在生物化学,分子生物学,肿瘤细胞生物学与免疫学方面具有深厚的专业基础。截止目前,已在Cell Metabolism、Cancer Discovery、Molecular Cell、Journal of Immunology等高水平国际期刊发表论文24篇,总引用近800余次,并获得专利1项。同时,作为审稿人多次为Journal of Cellular Physiology,Journal of Genetics and Genomics,Scientific Reports和Oncotarget等杂志审稿。未来的研究将主要聚焦于代谢物对肿瘤微环境的调控,构建综合性代谢物文库,筛选调控肿瘤细胞、免疫细胞与基质细胞相互作用的代谢物,明确其作用机制及靶向策略,探讨其与免疫治疗的联合应用。
