个人简介:

曹阳坡, 南方科技大学医学院副教授,博士生导师,课题组独立PI。国家级(中组部)高层次青年人才,深圳市鹏城孔雀特聘专家。2020年于北京大学医学部获得博士学位,2020年至2023年在美国哈佛医学院波士顿儿童医院从事博士后研究工作。他们实验室利用一系列高通量、多组学的方法(包括但不限于AAV-MPRA,AAV-Perturb-seq, HiC, HiChIP, snMultiomics, CASAAV, bioChiP-seq等), 重点关注心脏发育与心肌病的转录调控。近5年,曹阳坡博士以第一或通讯作者在Circulation、Circ Res、Nat Cardiovasc Res、PNAS、Dev Cell、Cardiovasc Res、Sci China Life Sci 等领域内主流期刊上发表多篇有影响力的工作。系列研究成果入选美国AHA科学专刊亮点文章, Nature CVR 亮点文章,心血管领域顶级期刊Circ Res封面文章,亮点文章等。担任中国粤港澳大湾区心脏病协会等多个协会常委或委员,国内外多本SCI期刊审稿人。
