个人简介

郑梅珍博士2001年毕业于华中科技大学同济医学院,2004年获暨南大学生物化学与分子生物学硕士学位,2007年于中山大学附属肿瘤防治中心取得肿瘤学博士学位。博士毕业后先后在新加坡基因组研究所(GIS)及美国杰克逊实验室基因组医学中心(The Jackson Laboratory for Genomic Medicine)从事博士后及副研究员工作,期间参与 ENCODE 和 4D Nucleome 等国际重大项目。2019年底加入南方科技大学生命科学学院,成立三维基因组学实验室。深圳市国家级领军人才。以第一作者或通讯作者身份在 Nature, Science Advances, The EMBO Journal, Briefings in Bioinformatics 等国际权威期刊发表多篇研究性论文。主持/参与科技部、国家、省、市基金多项;获批专利4项。担任 Genome Biology, Nucleic Acids Research, Journal of Genetics and Genomics, Genomics, Proteomics & Bioinformatics 等期刊审稿人和基金评审人。广东省精准医学应用学会单细胞技术分会第一届委员会委员;中国遗传学会三维基因组学专业委员会委员;国际三维基因组学研讨会学术委员。


研究领域

郑梅珍实验室专注于单细胞及单分子水平的三维基因组学前沿技术开发与应用,致力于揭示染色质高级结构与基因转录调控之间的空间动态关系。实验室核心研究方向包括:

· 高分辨率三维基因组技术开发与应用 (如RDD, Science Advances ;ChIA-Drop, Nature)

· 单细胞多组学技术开发与应用(如scAIR, Science Advances)

· 智能化数据分析与可视化平台建设(如ScSmOP, MCIBox, BIB 2022,2023)
